Earn When You Service
Each item listed above applies for retail customers only. Rewards may be redeemed only at Buerkle dealerships and Buerkle Body shop. 1. Vehicle must be in the same physical and mechanical condition as it was during original delivery. If the vehicle has been damaged or modified in any way, it is not eligible for an exchange. 100% of the purchase price will be credited in the exchange, excluding tax difference, license and documentation fees. Exchange may require lender approval. 2. $200 loyalty bonus in the form of Buerkle Rewards dollars. May only be used toward a future vehicle purchase in the same household. May not be used on the same vehicle purchase on which it is earned. Expires 7 years after the vehicle purchase on which it is earned. 3. Expires 3 years after the vehicle purchase on which it is earned. 4. Oil changes over $100 will receive a $100 discount. 5. Based on CarFax retail pricing as of March 2017. CarFax is a trademark of CarFax, Inc. 6. All used vehicles are inspected prior to being offered for sale. If a vehicle doesn't meet our safety criteria, we won't sell it to you. We invest an average of over $200,000 per month reconditioning used vehicles prior to making them available for sale. 7. Excludes AS-IS vehicles and vehicles with over 75,000 miles. Buerkle will repair any covered defects found and reported during the warranty period, at no cost to the buyer. Repairs at other repair facilities or dealers will be covered only if agreed on with Buerkle before the repair. Warranty excludes body work and wear items. All parts are covered with these exceptions: glass, lenses, sealed beams, light bulbs, wheels, wheel covers, tires, interior trim, moldings, bright metal parts, sheet metal, flexible body parts, weather strips, upholstery, convertible and/or vinyl top, paint, catalytic converter, exhaust system, brake rotors and drums, wiper blades, coolant hoses, shock absorbers, batteries, - including hybrid batteries - and throttle body assembly. Spark/glow plugs, drive belts, brake pads, brake linings and shoes, and manual clutch disc. In addition, repairs of water and air leaks, rattles, squeaks and wind noise; alignment of body parts, bumpers, as well as glass, rust, and physical damage are not covered. Any parts or components that are not factory installed are not covered. In addition, the normal maintenance services and parts required or recommended by your vehicle manufacturer and other normal maintenance services and parts, including engine tune up, suspension alignment, wheel balancing and filters, are not covered. Rewards expire 18 months after the last qualifying transaction at a participating Buerkle dealership, including service visits fully covered by warranty. 5% back in the form of Buerkle Rewards earnings, to be used toward future transactions. On items covered by insurance or warranty, rewards are earned only on the deductible amount. May be used towards down payment, lease cap cost reduction, service, parts and/or customer pay body shop expenses. May not be used for auto body insurance deductible. 9. Dependent on car wash operation. Service visit must include a paid service item. Buerkle Rewards membership not required. In case of extremely cold weather or other circumstances a car wash may not be possible, in which case a rain check may be given at dealer's discretion.

Health and safety measures
We are taking action to make sure that if you do need to come in to our store, we are offering as safe of a space as possible.
- We are having our dealership deep-cleaned every night
- Extra measures are being taken to disinfect and clean desks, phones, doors, showfloor vehicles, etc throughout the day
- We are disinfecting contact points on vehicles after each test drive, and showfloor vehicles
In our Service department:
- In our Service department , key contact points on your vehicle will be disinfected before your repair or maintenance, and again before being returned to you
- Our Service department is working to minimize contact and keep a safe distance at all stages. We are offering payments over the phone and working on additional contactless payment options.
- Our service waiting lounge is large enough to allow everyone to spread out — please keep a 6 foot distance from others!
- Snacks, coffee, magazines, and newspapers are temporarily not available in our waiting lounge. Thank you for your understanding.
